Right next door are a bakery, butcher, bike-hire shop and tanning studio, as well as the bus stop for skiers and hikers.  The village lake, offering both sunbathing and swimming, is only a 2 minutes’ walk away.  Restaurants, a café, a supermarket and a pizza restaurant area all nearby.

In summer, the wide range of bike tours (bike-hire shop ALPBIKE BIKE & FASHION is right next door) and hikes in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains is very attractive, while in winter you can really let go on the pistes of the Skijuwel Alpbachtal ski area.

The cable car (Reitherkogelbahn) ski school and ski-hire can be easily reached by foot in only a couple of minutes.
